Description
The Tillex Mandrel is a specially designed installation tool for use with Tillex Collar Plugs Plus (KP Red+). It is used together with a hammer to drive the nylon plastic nail into the plug, locking the expansion channels and causing the plug to expand, creating a secure fixing without the need for a traditional screw. The Mandrel ensures fast, accurate and consistent installation while reducing the risk of damaging the plug or surrounding material. It is manufactured from high-quality, 100% recycled nylon (Polyamide 6), is halogen-free and suitable for temperatures from −40 °C to +80 °C. Designed for professional installers, the Mandrel provides a simple and efficient installation method for cable ducts and other lightweight fixtures.
