Collar plugs plus
Double-expanding wall plug manufactured from high-quality, halogen-free polyethylene (HDPE), supplied with a nylon plastic nail for fast and secure installation of cable ducts and other lightweight fixtures in plasterboard, concrete, lightweight concrete and Leca. Designed for use with the Tillex Mandrel (sold separately). The Colour Code System is coordinated with Thorsman.

Tillex Collar Plugs Plus (KP Red+) are double-expanding wall plugs designed for use with the Tillex nylon plastic nail and the Tillex Mandrel (Ref. 340015). This installation method provides a fast and reliable fixing without the need for a traditional screw. During installation, the nylon plastic nail is inserted into the plug and driven home using the Tillex Mandrel. As the nail is driven in, it locks the expansion channels, causing the plug to expand and create a secure fixing in the substrate. The collar prevents the plug from slipping into the drill hole during installation. The plug is manufactured in Denmark from high-quality, halogen-free HDPE. The nylon plastic nail is manufactured from 100% recycled nylon (Polyamide 6), is halogen-free and suitable for temperatures from −40 °C to +80 °C. The Colour Code System is coordinated with Thorsman.
