Tillex Collar Plugs (KP) are double-expanding universal wall plugs manufactured from high-quality, halogen-free polyethylene (HDPE). As the screw is tightened, the plug expands in both directions, providing a secure fixing in solid materials as well as lightweight and cavity substrates. The collar and anti-rotation wings prevent the plug from turning or slipping into the drill hole during installation. The Colour Code System is coordinated with Thorsman, making it easy to identify the correct plug size. Available in nine colour-coded sizes, from 5.5 × 20 mm (white) to 16 × 80 mm (orange), covering screw diameters from 3–12 mm.
