Screw clips

Description

Tillex Screw Clips are designed for fast, secure and professional installation of round electrical cables and pipes in residential, commercial and industrial applications. Manufactured in Denmark, the clips combine durable materials with a high-performance Corrosion Class C4 concrete screw, making them suitable for demanding indoor and outdoor environments.
The clips are moulded from impact-resistant, UV-stabilized, halogen-free polypropylene and are available with either PH2 or TORX T20 screw heads.
Screw Clips can be installed directly into concrete and tiles using a pre-drilled 4 mm hole without the need for a wall plug. They are also suitable for installation in timber, plywood, fibreboard, plasterboard and aerated concrete, using Tillex KP Plugs where required.
The range offers clips in multiple sizes to accommodate different cable and pipe diameters, together with various screw lengths and colour options to suit a wide range of installation requirements.

Installation:
• Concrete and tiles: Screw directly into a pre-drilled 4 mm hole – no wall plug required.
• 13 mm single-layer plasterboard, 13 mm: Install using a Tillex KP Yellow Plug.
• Double-layer plasterboard: No wall plug required. If the screw does not achieve sufficient grip, install using a Tillex KP Yellow Plug in the existing hole.
• 13 mm single-layer plasterboard on metal profiles: No wall plug required.
• Timber, fibreboard and plywood: Screw directly into the material.
• Aerated concrete: Install using a Tillex KP Yellow Plug. For densities above 600 kg/m³, screw directly into the material.
• Maximum installation torque: 6.3 Nm in concrete C20/25.
