Drill clips

Fast and secure fixing for round electrical cables and pipes directly into sheet metal. Tillex Drill Clips are fitted with a high-performance self-drilling Corrosion Class C4 screw, allowing quick installation without pre-drilling. Manufactured from impact-resistant, UV-stabilized, halogen-free polypropylene and suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications. Available with PH2 or TORX T20 drive.

Material: Impact resistant, UV-stabilized polypropylene. Halogen free. Screw: Strong self-drilling screw, PH2/Torx20. Can be installed both indoors and outdoors. Corrosion Class C4.

Description

Tillex Drill Clips are designed for fast, secure and professional installation of round electrical cables and pipes directly onto sheet metal, where drilling a pilot hole would normally be required. The self-drilling screw tip (4.8×40 mm) penetrates sheet metal up to 2.0 mm thick in one operation, saving time and eliminating the separate drilling step. A recommended installation speed of 1,500–2,500 rpm ensures optimum performance. Manufactured in Denmark, the clips combine durable materials with a high-performance self-drilling screw featuring Corrosion Class C4 protection, making them suitable for demanding indoor and outdoor environments.
The range offers clips in multiple sizes to accommodate different cable and pipe diameters, together with various screw lengths and colour options to suit a wide range of installation requirements.
